At Cannapliant Consulting, we work with a wide variety of clients nationwide, on their compliance needs.  We have significant experience working with start-up cannabusinesses and their owners preparing compliance programs for implementation during their operations.  We also work with existing cannabusinesses on developing and implementing cannabis compliance programs, preparing, implementing and testing written policies and procedures, assisting with regulatory inspections, and responding to investigations and enforcement actions in cases of alleged compliance violations.  We also work with ancillary product and service providers to ensure that their cannabusiness clients are bankable, defensible and insurable through due diligence and other consulting services.  For the larger cannabusinesses, our founder can also serve as your outside compliance officer, providing a wide range of compliance services in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
